The Flammable Gas Sensor 5.0 is a smart flammable gas sensor that detects, quantifies, and classifies flammable gases and gas mixtures. It detects hydrogen, methane, and other flammable gases over a 0–100 %LEL detection range using factory calibration. The sensor is factory calibrated for its 15+ year life, requires no field calibration, and includes built-in environmental compensation and automatic self-testing for fail-safe operation. Sensor readings are output through a digital bus or configurable analog output. The product is available in Series 4 (S4) and Mini form factors; the S4 version is intrinsically safe certified.
