The Fixed Area Hydrogen Safety Monitors are advanced hydrogen-specific leak detection and safety monitoring systems designed for industrial applications. These monitors operate within a hydrogen detection range of 0.4% to 5% (10% to 125% of hydrogens lower explosive limit), providing fast and reliable detection without cross-sensitivity to other combustible gases. They are capable of functioning in environments with or without air/oxygen and use a solid-state, non-consumable sensor for direct hydrogen measurement in air or inert gases. The monitors are highly reliable, have a low life cycle cost, are easy to install and operate, require minimal maintenance, and do not degrade over time. They are suitable for various applications including battery rooms, control rooms, laboratories, alternative energy, hydrogen-cooled generation, industrial gas supply, furnaces, and other areas where hydrogen accumulation poses a risk. The series includes models like the series 600B,series 1600, and series 2620, each tailored for different safety and operational requirements.
