The H2ALP-120 is a machine designed to produce hydrogen and oxygen using two Piel machines of 60 kW each placed in parallel, along with a demineralizer to treat process water. It consists of two main areas: the safe area, which contains the electrical panel, demineralizer, and fire control unit, and the explosive area (ATEX - 3G IIC T1), which houses two electrolysers, a hydrogen drying system, process sensors, and a temperature management system. The machine is part of the GREENHYDROGEN HYDROALP initiative by BM GROUP and is capable of producing 20Nm³/h of hydrogen, 10Nm³/h of oxygen (optional), and 30lt/h of demineralized water, while also managing waste water production and maintaining hydrogen pressures at 8.2bar. It operates with a consumption of 130kW and has dimensions of 7000x2400x3500 (lxlxh) with a weight of 9000 Kg.
