Add to compare

The HP 107 cylinder pressure regulator is a two-stage regulator designed for the withdrawal of high-purity gases and gas mixtures from single cylinders. It is equipped with a flowmeter featuring a dosing function, allowing the user to read the flow rate directly from a calibrated scale. As standard, the regulator is fitted with a gas-specific cylinder connection compliant with DIN 477 and a relief valve; it meets stringent requirements regarding purity, safety, and leak-tightness. Certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015, the unit is manufactured, assembled, and tested in-house. The regulator is available in electropolished stainless steel (1.4404) or in nickel-plated, matte-chrome-finished brass; it features a leak rate of 10⁻⁶ mbar l/s (helium leak test) and supports a gas purity level of ≤ 6.0. The maximum inlet pressure is 300 bar, and the control range extends from 0.1–1 bar up to 1–12 bar. The regulator is equipped with safety instrumentation compliant with EN 837-1 Class 1.6; it measures 200 x 137 x 197 mm and weighs 2,514 g. The outlet is fitted with a hose barb featuring an outer diameter of 4 mm.
