The Mobile Hydrogen Refueling Station (mHRS) is the worlds first mobile liquid hydrogen refueling station designed to increase charging station availability for Fuel Cell Electric Vehicles (FCEVs) and support the growing hydrogen infrastructure. It carries up to 2,500L of 3 bar low-pressure liquid hydrogen in a 5-ton truck, features an 800 bar liquid hydrogen pump, and offers a hydrogen gas fueling charging time of 5 minutes per 6 kg. It provides 99.999% high purity hydrogen fueling and reduces transportation and operational expenses with no compressor or chiller. The station also boasts low CAPEX and OPEX. The refueling process involves a low-pressure liquid hydrogen tank, a high-pressure pump, a gasifier, a buffer tank, and a dispenser, all working together to efficiently refuel FCEVs.
