The HP 350 line pressure regulator is a single-stage, high-flow pressure regulator suitable for reducing the pressure of high-purity gases, gas mixtures, and liquids. It reduces the pressure of compressed gases or liquids to a maximum downstream pressure of 50 bar. Featuring integrated upstream pressure compensation, the HP 350 ensures a consistently constant outlet pressure, even in the presence of fluctuating inlet pressure (e.g., declining cylinder pressure). This pressure regulator is designed as a diaphragm-type regulator and is specifically engineered for high-pressure applications. It is manufactured from electropolished stainless steel (1.4404) or nickel-plated, matte-chrome-plated brass, featuring a PCTFE seat seal and a 1.4435 stainless steel diaphragm. The leak rate is 10⁻⁸ mbar l/s (as determined by helium leak testing), and the gas purity rating is ≤ 6.0. The HP 350 is certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015, and is manufactured, assembled, and tested in-house by HORNUNG. The dimensions of the HP 350 are 122 x 123 x 126 mm, and it weighs 1,750 g. Connection ports are available in NPT 3/8" female or NPT 1/2" female configurations, and the pressure gauges feature a safety design compliant with EN 837-1 Class 1.6.
