The regulator features a maximum leak rate of 10⁻⁸ mbar·l/s and is suitable for use with gases of up to 6.0 purity. It is equipped with NPT 3/8" female or NPT 1/2" female connections, measures 122 x 123 x 126 mm, and weighs 1,750 g.
