Gas Hydrogen Refueling Station - HYGS100K

  • Gas hydrogen refueling station system
  • Diaphragm compressor for high-purity hydrogen production
  • Integrated mid-pressure and high-pressure compression stages
  • Dual cooling system with precooling capability
  • Integrated safety systems (fire monitoring, emergency shutdown, control system)

Add to compare

The HYGS100K is a gas hydrogen refueling station designed for hydrogen compression, storage, and dispensing. It utilizes a diaphragm compressor system to produce high-purity hydrogen gas (>99.9995%) without oil contamination. The system includes mid-pressure and high-pressure compressors, compressed gas storage tanks, cooling systems, and dispensing units. The storage system consists of 2,000 L mid-pressure tanks (450 bar) and 1,120 L high-pressure tanks (870 bar). The station incorporates a dual cooling system with a main cooler and cooling water chiller, as well as a diffusion-bonded multi-type precooler to maintain stable hydrogen fueling across varying conditions. It supports standardized dispensing protocols and includes integrated safety systems such as fire monitoring, equipment control, and emergency shutdown. The system can be deployed as either a containerized unit or on-site installation depending on project requirements.

Use Cases

  • Typically used in hydrogen refueling infrastructure for FCEVs

Capabilities

  • Produces hydrogen gas with purity >99.9995% using diaphragm compression
  • Compresses hydrogen to high pressures up to 870 bar (storage) and 875 bar (dispensing)
  • Stores hydrogen in multi-stage pressure tanks (mid and high pressure)
  • Supports standardized hydrogen dispensing protocols (SAE and regional standards)
  • Provides controlled fueling with flow range 0.05–3.6 kg/min
  • Maintains stable fueling temperatures via dual cooling and precooling system
  • Enables flexible deployment (containerized or fixed installation)
