The HYAO-1 Analog Output Module is an accessory for the Series of H2scan hydrogen sensors, designed to provide analog connectivity for legacy systems. It enables seamless integration with PLCs and legacy systems using industry-standard 4-20 mA, supports retrofitting hydrogen sensor packages, and offers rugged, reliable performance in harsh industrial environments. Key features include IP68 ingress protection, a compact form factor, and compatibility with existing infrastructure, making it cost-effective and easy to install. The module maintains the accuracy of the hydrogen sensor, provides analog connectivity without protocol mapping, drives local displays and alarm panels, and uses existing signal cabling between transformer cabinets and control rooms.
