The HP 105 precision cylinder pressure regulator is a compact, two-stage regulator—available in stainless steel or aluminum—designed for precise downstream pressure adjustment in the millibar range, starting from approximately 50 mbar. Its second stage enables highly precise adjustment of the working pressure and ensures a consistently constant outlet pressure throughout the entire gas withdrawal process, as well as in the event of changes in inlet pressure. This regulator is suitable for millibar applications, gas analysis, gas chromatography, process engineering, metallurgy, laboratory applications, and fluorescent lamp manufacturing. It is certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015, and is manufactured, assembled, and tested in-house. The regulator features integrated seals made of FKM or EPDM, a diaphragm made of 1.4435 stainless steel, an inlet pressure rating of up to 200 bar, and connections conforming to DIN 477 (inlet) and NPT 1/8 (outlet).
